Hi, I’m 35 and work in finance. I value a calm, well-balanced home and keep a steady routine during the week.

I’m clean and considerate — I look after shared spaces and expect the same, but I’m not overly rigid. I believe in mutual respect and trust rather than micromanaging, and I’m big on open, straightforward communication.

I’m friendly and sociable, but I also really value my own space and downtime. I’m not looking for a party house — more a relaxed, mature atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable.
