House Share pref female

Hi
Im a single 47year old looking for preferably another female to share a house with. I work for the dogs trust as a fundraiser.
I adore animals so someone with cats or dogs would be perfect! I would like to live with someone that is a non smoker and who is easy going, and friendly, must be clean and tidy as I am that myself. Also the room must be furnished but I do have my 55inch tv. I would prefer my own bathroom/en-suite if possible but this isn’t a deal breaker as Long as my new housemate is very clean.

I don’t want a party house or anywhere that’s got more than 2 occupants

I want just want a peaceful home, with no dramas, someone who is friendly, kind and easy to share a house with.

I like to have my own space and privacy after work so I wouldn't want to be socializing or sharing dinner.

Give me a shout if you think I’m suitable, I am very outgoing, respectful and a great housemate.

I have shared a few houses so this isn't something new for me.

I would need somewhere to store some boxes and suitcases etc...i have a few household kitchen items I need to store so ideally you would have a garage or cupboard for these.
