33, looking for single or double room.

I'm 32 looking for a single or double room. I'm pretty easy going, I enjoy cooking, watching films and socialising. I'm a music producer so music is my main passion, I write lyrics and also create songs. I also enjoy running, swimming and staying fit. I'm a very clean and organised person and I make sure to keep communal areas and my room tidy. I am available to move from 01/06/2026 and have a budget of 1000pcm (including bills). I would like to share with males or females ideally between 25 and 60. I am currently unemployed and would be covering the rent with my savings, Universal Credit and PIP.
