Hi I'm Joe. I'm 29 and working at the university as a research assistant/technician (bioscience). I graduated from my masters at the university of Exeter 2 years ago. I'm looking to join an existing houseshare or find others to jointly rent a place to together. I'm interested in living with 2 - 6 people in total, of any gender, preferably aged 20 - 40, either students or professionals. The ideal location would be within ~30 minutes walk of the main Streatham university campus or city centre.
It would be nice to get along and become friendly with housemates, but I'm fine sharing with quiet/busy people too as I'm happy to do my own things. In my free time I enjoy walking, running, hiking, tennis, reading, going to pubs and chatting, listening to music, and traveling.
