Looking for a room in a harmonious house share

At the end of July I will be relocating to Newcastle to begin work as a resident doctor in Durham hospital. I'm looking for a (preferably) furnished room in a peaceful and harmonious house share. I’ve lived in many house shares before and keep the house tidy/clean and respect the space of other flatmates. My interests include music, cinema, photography, travel and exercise/sport. I’m starting work at the end of July so would ideally come up for a couple days this month for a viewing. I’d appreciate you considering my ad!!
An ideal location would be Heaton, Jesmond or Ouseburn. Parking space would be great too.
