Looking for a room for September

I'm Andrea, I'm 28 and in September I'll be taking up a post as an Italian Language Assistant at Manchester Grammar School. I'm also a freelance online teacher and would teach classes from home when not at MGS. I'm looking for a room in South Manchester with good transport links to the school.

As a flatmate, I really value mutual respect and cleanliness. I've had 8+ years of experience flatsharing, including multiple times in the UK. I'm sociable and friendly, but I definitely also see my home as a place to relax and have some time to myself. I might occasionally spend weekends or periods away, but might likewise have friends visiting me from Italy for a weekend. I also enjoy cooking, whether for myself or others, so if you like pasta and coffee, we'd get along well with each other! Besides, I'll be exempt from paying Council Tax under government agreements, which means it'll be cheaper for you, too!
