Looking for a whole property not houseshare

We are Hettie and Sizar, a married couple looking for a furnished place to rent from 7 May.

We’re open to locations within commuting distance of London and are looking for a self-contained property (not a house share). We’d ideally like to be within walking distance of a train station. We’re open to one-beds or larger places.

A bit about us: Hettie works freelance as a senior producer across TV and corporate video, and Sizar works remotely as a Community Liaison Manager for an NGO, collaborating with international teams. We’re both tidy, respectful, and very used to living in other people’s homes.

We returned from a few months of travelling in February and have since completed a 6-week sublet in Portslade while the owner was away. We’re currently in an Airbnb until 6 May and are ready to move in immediately after.
We’re happy to provide references from previous sublets.
