With housing benefits i qualifed for exemptions from shared accommodation rate. If u need evidence I got a letter to prove and uc can back me up.

My rent will be paid in full

If you need 1month deposit and 1month rent. I am getting help from council who they can help upfront pay landlord straight in your account. Once I secure the place. I got told it take 4-5 working days to go in your account
