Professional looking for a room in or around the Edmonton area.
Working as a Health and Safety Manager on a large scale construction project (reference available). I live in North Wales and will travel home every 2nd weekend to spend time with my daughter. My daily routine consists of work and the gym, I spend very little time in the accommodation and do not use the kitchen / living room etc.
I am not looking for a room in a shared property. A spare room in a clean and friendly home / annex or apartment would be ideal.
I am a clean, tidy and respectful of others space, I like to keep healthy and enjoy exercising frequently - whether it be attending a gym, walking, running or cycling.
