Self Contained Accommodation Wanted

Hi. I am a local single professional looking preferably for self contained accommodation: flat, annex or cabin that is warm, dry and feels like home, with a decent bathroom and kitchen area. White goods helpful.

I am honest, friendly, respectful, and will take good care of anywhere I live. I have excellent references from my last landlady. She didn't want me to leave!

I am multi- passionate, creative, active person: I love nature, walking, hiking, cycling, writing, performance poetry, podcasts and art. I have been living in Portugal for a couple of years but a family situation has brought me home to the UK and I am looking for a place to call home. Ideally, I would love access to good walks and nature.

I have been fully self employed for nearly 5 years. Some of work is from home so I need a good internet connection. It won't disturb you. I quietly get on with it and don't want to intrude your private space. But now I'm back in the UK I'm am looking at contracts that allow me to work outside of the home for at least 3 days.

I am open to sharing if I have my own bathroom and the room is a generous size. I am friendly, but I do like my own space too. I need somewhere with rail links to Brighton and London though I have an E-bike to get about locally.
