Looking for a room in Southside

Looking for a room in the southside to move into within the next 2-6 weeks. I've lived in the area for 4 years now and work full-time in a Shawlands pub. Have planted deep roots in the community around here and would hate to have to move to another part of town, so prioritising the area around Queens Park, but willing to consider further afield if needs be.

Big into music, films, football, being outdoors as much as possible. Love a night in the pub but equally value quiet, cleanliness and generally being considerate of flatmates and neighbours.

Budget is flexible depending on bills situation, location, etc.
