Room Homeshare Wanted Chipping Campden Surrounding

I’m looking for a double bedroom within around 5 miles of Chipping Campden, ideally in a quiet, rural location.

I’m particularly interested in a homeshare arrangement with an elderly lady who wishes to remain living independently in her own home. I’ve done this before, and it worked very well for both of us.

In exchange for affordable accommodation (around £300 per month), I can offer companionship, a reassuring presence, help with small everyday tasks, and occasional dog walking or pet sitting.

Please note: female-only arrangement. This is a homeshare, not a cleaning job or a professional care role.

I’m fully employed as Front of House Manager at Batsford Garden Terrace Café. I generally need accommodation 3–4 nights per week. Once a month, I may work 7 consecutive days/nights, allowing me to have the entire following weekend off to spend at my main home in Buckinghamshire with my partner.

Ideally, I’m looking for a double bed, good storage, access to a bath, parking, and a clean, quiet home. I love animals, and rural surroundings are a big plus.
