Looking for a clean, tidy houseshare.

Hi, thanks for reading my ad.

I'm looking to relocate somewhere around Forest Hill/Honor Oak Park. I already live in and like the area, and so searching for a smaller house with only two or three likeminded people total as I want a bit more room and a quieter setup.

I'm into all the usual stuff (cycling, gigs, Xbox, pub trips etc) and a very easy guy to get on with. I'm leftish politically if that's something you care about but happy to keep that to myself if not (only mentioning as this comes up quite a lot on Spareroom ads!)

The main thing for me is that I'm tidy and able to help keep a place clean, do all the useful chores like taking bins out, wiping down surfaces and doing a hoover.

Firmly believe that you should leave a room like you found it so clear up very quickly after myself.

I work from home as a technology analyst two days a week but would do that in my room so wouldn't need any communal space, I'm in the office in East London the rest of the time. Also go abroad quite a lot and have my own social life so will be weeks when I'm not about

Somewhere to keep a bike would be nice but not a dealbreaker.

My current place is fine so under no time pressure and would rather find the right place than compromise.
