Looking for a 1 bed flat or buddy ups

I am an incoming PhD student at the University of Edinburgh. I’m looking to share a house with fun flatmates who enjoy socialising with each other and do their own thing as well from time to time. I love painting, crocheting and knitting. I also do portrait photography and generally love trying new things. So if you want to try something new together, count me in :)

I would prefer to have an en-suite room near Bruntsfield/marchmont/polwarth/southside. I am a very clean and tidy flatmate and would hope for the common areas to be clean as well through a joint effort. I am not a huge party person but I love to have friends over for drinks, dinners, brunches etc maybe 2-3 times a month. I do have a lot of friends visit me so if you are not happy with guests then maybe we’re not a good fit. I'm easygoing and openly communicate with everyone.
