Professional seeking long-term double room

Hi,

I’m a working professional (part-time admin) and also studying at Master’s level. I’m looking for a calm, clean and respectful home for a long-term stay.

Ideally, I’m looking for a spacious double room suitable for working from home, preferably with a desk or enough space for one. I would prefer a quieter household, ideally with only one other person.

A private bathroom would be a bonus, or a bathroom shared with just one person.

I’m reliable, tidy and easy to live with, and I value a peaceful living environment. A written agreement is important to me.
