Wanted - Double or Single Room
I'm a 57-year-old working professional - tidy, considerate and respectful. I don't smoke, I occasionally use an E-Cigarette outside.
I am in the 'rental trap' thanks to my ex-wife having damaged my credit rating (thankfully now restored but I'm still saving for my next deposit). I am currently living in Colchester CO4, which is the area I would like to stay in, but wish to find something a bit more suited to my needs while staying in the same general area, in order to remain close to my work and support network.
I would like to find an ensuite room, or even something virtually self-contained. Off-street, or at least genuinely safe and nearby on-street, parking is an important factor for me.
