Professional Looking for Houseshare

Hi! I'm looking for a house share in or around Newcastle, Durham or Yarm.

I'm 29 and will be moving up from the South in September for work so would prefer to share with fellow professionals of similar age.

I'm clean, tidy, and respectful of both my housemates and shared spaces. I enjoy living in a friendly home where people are happy to chat, socialise, or share the occasional meal or drink, while also respecting each other's privacy and personal space.

I recently started hiking so would love to find friends who also want to go on day trips for hikes. If that's not your cup of tea I also enjoy watching movies, going out to the pub or exploring places nearby. I'm hoping to find a relaxed, welcoming home with like-minded people.

I have a car so ideally would need a parking space.
