3 Room Property for 3 Professionals

Hi!

We're three friendly young professionals (aged 27–31) looking for a 3-bedroom home in West London from the end of August.

A little about us:

* Leia works as a PA to the Deputy Head at a private school.
* Eeva is a model maker and sculptor.
* Tess works in a corporate role within the music industry.

We're all in full-time employment, financially responsible, and looking for a place to call home rather than just somewhere to stay. We're clean, respectful and considerate tenants who enjoy spending time together over a home-cooked meal or a relaxed evening in, but we're definitely not a party house.

We're ideally looking for somewhere in West London, with a maximum budget of £3,500 per month. We're hoping to find a home where we can settle for the foreseeable future.

We're all happy to provide references, proof of employment and any other documentation required.
