Ready to move ASAP

Hi! I'm Jazz, 30, and working in graphic design
I'm easy-going, fun, and enjoy having a laugh. Interesting fact about me is that I practice Brazilian jiu jitsu so you'll find me at the gym most of the time.
I'm clean and tidy so your property will be taken well care of, as well as respectable and considerable of other housemate's spaces.
I am a huge animal lover, having grown up with birds and a cat. So if you already have a pet, I don't have any allergies. Maybe... I can even be persuaded by your fur baby lol.
Looking for a place to move in ASAP.
Thanks :)
