Wanted - Double Room in Chorlton or Didsbury Areas

I am a Teacher working in Salford from September 2026.

I am looking for a good-sized double room within the areas of Chorlton/ East Didsbury/ West Didsbury/Withington as I need good transport links for work and socialising!

I have a friendly, well-behaved male cat and I am happy to pay an additional end-of-tenancy cleaning fee to ensure the property is left in excellent condition.

Ideally looking for a house with some storage or an office space I could also use for working at home (evenings and/or weekends), due to the nature of my job!

I am 31 years old, and I am available to move into a house from JULY 2026! I have a budget of around £850pcm maximum (including bills).

I would like to share with males or females ideally between 25 and 40 years old who are working professionals or mature students/postgrads if possible.

I love listening to music, watching various shows on Netflix, cooking and baking, socialising and hanging out with friends, going to the gym, doing pub quizzes and having the occasional glass of wine!
