Room/Flat share wanted

I'm a chill, friendly and responsible professional looking for a room/flat share in London.

Ideally this will be an en-suite in a tidy and bright property where everyone is a mature enough to keep a peaceful, relaxed and positive environment.
The en-suite is not a deal breaker.

In terms of location, I'd like to be close to a tube station or somewhere with decent transport links.

Other things like being close to a gym and shops would be fab but not mandatory.

A queer household is ideal but open to share with queer friendly peeps.

Smoking or not; I’m easy about it.

I might have to look after my cat every now and then (shared custody) so ideally pet-friendly. But I could always go around this requirement.
