Double Room Clap Junction :)

Hey everyone 🙂

Darren here. I’m looking for a double en suite room around Clapham Junction or nearby areas, and I’m available to move immediately.

A little about me. I’m 36 and work as a geotechnical engineer in London, usually splitting my week between the office and home working (3 & 2).

During the week I’m fairly routine based. I’m normally up early for the gym before work, then home in the evenings to cook, relax and keep things tidy. I’m clean, respectful and easy to live with, and I appreciate a calm, friendly home environment with considerate people.

Outside of work I enjoy making the most of London. Parks, cafés, markets, live music, pubs, museums and the odd weekend away here and there.

I’m looking for a professional and more mature household where everyone is relaxed, respectful and comfortable doing their own thing while still being friendly around the flat.
