32 y/old seeking homely houseshare

Hey - I'm Simon a 32 year old joining the civil service after 8 years freelancing in TV journalism and documentaries from Dublin. I'm looking for a double room (ensuite would be lovely!) in a mature, homely houseshare.

I'm just moving back to London after 2 years in Sydney, but I lived in London for 5 years beforehand so it's my real home. I'm very independent with a busy social life but I'm always open to the occasional wine, walk or dinner with housemates.

Keen for a chilled, homely houseshare that's quiet during the week. I'm starting my new role in the coming weeks but I believe I'll be wfh 2 days a week so desk space is key. Outside of work you'll find me gyming, running, and reading.
