Full-Time Professional - Up to 3-4 Months

I've recently finished my PhD in Physics at Lancaster University and I'm now working full-time in a technical role.

My current tenancy ends at the start of September, so I'm looking for somewhere to live from around then for up to 4 months while I work out where I'd like to settle and buy a house.

Ideally, I'm looking for someone who can be a little flexible on the end date. Four months should be plenty of time, but if the house-buying process takes longer than expected, it would be helpful to have the possibility of extending by an extra month by agreement.

I'm happy living with others and I'm clean, easy-going, sensible and respectful. I look after properties very well and I'm also fairly handy if anything small needs fixing.

I'm usually up quite early, around 6am, and out during the day most weekdays for work. I'm quiet at home and always respectful of housemates and neighbours.

I have my own things and I'm pretty self-contained.

I don't drive or cycle, so somewhere with good walking or public transport links would be ideal.

I'm fully employed and can provide any relevant details or references if needed.
