Professional female seeking friendly houseshare

Hey! I'm Sam and I'm positive, easy going and friendly. I like being social as well as doing my own thing. I like going to gigs, exploring, going for drinks, reading, anything creative, walking in nature and write songs (lullaby-esque ones on my v quiet acoustic guitar!) occasionally. I love animals (though don't have any pets myself).

I'm a tidy, clean and considerate housemate. Would like to live with friendly and easygoing people in a chilled and reasonably clean house.

I work as a special educational needs teaching assistant, have been renting for the past 6 years and looking for a double room, preferably with garden or balcony access or close to a green space / river!

Would be nice to have a home rather than a short term tenancy :)
