Looking for relaxed home with garden

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a double room in South/South West London but open to new areas (perhaps its time for a change in perspective!) I'd ideally like somewhere with outside space as I love gardening, or near a park. My budget is up to £1100p/m including bills.

A bit about me: I previously lived in London for about 4 years and moved back two years ago for a new job. I develop museum exhibitions and love my work. I work from home on average 2 days per week. I'm looking for a friendly and relaxed home, in my last place I was a lodger in a 2 bed flat and am keen for a similar set up but open to all options really. Any pets a bonus! I mostly have relaxed evenings in the week, tending to the many plants or doing yoga and cooking. At the weekend I'm out seeing friends and often-ish trips away. In my last place we had a good balance of watching tv series, having dinner or going out at the weekend sometimes but also giving each other space. I like to keep my home clean and tidy and am respectful of shared space. I really care about nature and sustainability so use eco cleaning products etc.

I'm living somewhere temporary at the moment and flexible on moving date, anytime from end of January.
