Looking for large room with en suite.

Hi, I'm Pawel – 36, a Polish citizen with EU Settled Status (ILR).

I lived and worked in the UK for over a decade before basing myself in Lisbon since August 2024. I’m now relocating back to Britain due to my new working arrangements. I'll be on a hybrid work model, splitting my time between the office and working from my room.

Looking for a large double with an en-suite in a clean house - I'm genuinely tidy, and that extends to the common areas, not just my own room. I'm up early and out walking or at the gym most mornings, and on my remote days I keep to my room, calls included. Happy to sit and have a beer with housemates; not someone who fills the kitchen with people at midnight though.

I also have a pet rabbit who's been with me six years. She's litter-trained, well behaved, vaccinated, and stays in my room – no damage to anything in six years, no smell, and I'm happy to pay a pet deposit and provide a reference if required.

My UK Settled Status is fully active, and I can instantly provide a Home Office Right to Rent share code. References, proof of income, and ID are all available upon request.
