Greetings there,

I'm a 33 y. o. PhD in Durham University, dpt. of Governance and International Affairs. I'm looking for a place to stay in town for a minimum of 1 month, considering both short and long term stays.

I'm looking around the 500 GBP mark, bills included, but I'm happy to go up to 800 if need be. I can provide proof of funds for future payments and the monthly rent on time.

It's very important for me that apart from a cozy place, with a nice vibe, there's also good internet in the premises, and that the room is at least big enough for me to have a small desk and a chair to work with my laptop.

I'm not vegan/vegetarian or LGBTQI+ myself, but I have lived with folks that were, thus I'm open to all kinds of households and flatmates and I'm an excellent dog/cat sitter as well.
