Looking for room in Surrey

I am looking for a room in Surrey, ideally towards the North/East of the county. I would prefer an all week availability, however I do have somewhere I can stay at weekends so would be happy with a Monday-Friday. I am looking for a female (or female majority) house where the housemates respect each other and get on. I am pretty easy going and enjoy my own space and company but happy to spend time with others. My maximum budget is £800
