35 YO super nice guy looking for flat!

Hi. My names Qid, I'm 35 and work as a senior planning analyst for Bupa. I'm looking for a flat share as my current place is out in Bacup and a little remote for work.

Full disclosure, I have 2 boys, ones 6 and 1 is 12 and will have them sleeping over every now and then. I understand what an imposition this is and am happy to take a little more than my share of the rent if need be.

Other than that though I work in London a lot n work very long hours, so I'm not around a lot. I'm super tidy, very easy to get along with and fully house trained, honest.

About me I guess... I'm outgoing and fun loving but not one for big nights out etc so no worries there. I train a lot and in fact used to be a personal trainer in a past life, so free PT! ha.

Happy to move into an existing place or look at getting a place with someone. Happy with Bury and the surrounding areas, or Manchester City centre / Salford Quays.

Oh, I have a fully furnished flat atm and own all the stuff, so if we were moving into an unfurnished place I got us covered!
