Hello, I’m a 35-year-old professional relocating to Leeds (Dec 2025 or Jan 2026). I’m looking for a quiet, clean (preferably) en-suite room in a professional household only (no students).
I’m very tidy, organised, respectful of others’ space, and prefer a peaceful home where everyone values privacy and a mature atmosphere. I’ll be working full-time and can provide deposit + first month’s rent upfront.
