Seeking modern quiet home + en-suite in East LDN

Hi! I’m looking for a room from May 2026 in a modern, calm and professional home - ideally with just one other person or a live-in landlord. A private bathroom and space for a desk are essential for me, as I work from home a day or two a week.

I work in Financial Services near Oxford Circus, so anywhere with good transport links is perfect. Having lived in the SW of the city for 5 years, I am now looking to move East! If the commute is smooth and there are some nice local cafés and spots nearby, then I am open to all areas in East London.

At home I’m very quiet, clean, respectful and very private - I treat the place like a real home, not just a room. I’m in the office 3 - 5 days a week, spend most evenings at the gym, and I’m usually out and about on weekends. I value a peaceful, homely environment and someone who feels the same.
