Looking For A Place To Rent Soon

I am looking for a place to rent. Ideally, near the areas I lived recently, SW9 and NW1, or the area I lived in for five years, SE5. This is to be close to friends and work. If possible I would like bills included. I am very easy going. I am tidy in common areas (and mean to be in my personal space). I am friendly to all sexual orientations (I am an LGBT+ ally). I am good with pets. I do not have any dietary restrictions (I eat most things) but I tend to eat vegan around the house. I keep normal hours with occasional late nights (either exercising or socialising). I ride a bicycle everywhere and will need a secure place to keep my two bicycles (this is a must). No agents please. I have a place to live at the moment, but I am seeing what is out there. My budget is flexible.
