Looking For A Place To Rent Soon

I am looking for a place to rent. Ideally, near the areas I lived recently, SW9 and NW1, or the area I lived in for five years, SE5. This is to be close to friends and work. If possible I would like bills included. I am very easy going. I am tidy in common areas (and mean to be in my personal space). I am friendly to all sexual orientations. I am good with pets. I do not have any dietary restrictions (I eat most things) but I tend to eat vegan around the house. I keep normal hours with occasional late nights (either exercising or socialising). I ride a bicycle everywhere and will need a secure place to keep it (this is a must). No agents please. The couple I moved in with last November are moving to America and I am sad to lose them and the flat. I would say the ceiling of my budget is 800pm with bills included. If there is ample storage, this can increase by £150. I am handy with computers. I also used to be a maintenance man. I am a first aider, a mental health first aider and an LGBT+ ally.
