I am a reliable and tidy 26 year old man, looking for a double room ASAP due to unforeseen circumstances. Due to financial constraints, I would be really appreciative if a no deposit option could be considered and a payment plan worked out so that I can move in asap. This being said, I get paid on the 27th of May, and would be able to pay any deposits on that date, provided I could move in on that date or the day after

I would open to looking for somewhere that accepts couples so that myself and my boyfriend could move in together but am primarily looking for a room of my own for my own space.

I am friendly, sociable and caring. I am available to. move in immediately, and I am always happy to help around the house. I am generally going to be around in the evenings and at weekends, and would like someone who is friendly, considerate, a similar age and who I can build a friendship with. I work full time and regularly take part in amateur dramatics rehearsals and shows as well as seeing my partner so am always busy, but always make time for people.
