I am a reliable and tidy 29 year old man, looking for a double room in a new area due to wanting to move on and have a fresh start from the city I am currently in, having been here 11 years.

This being said, I would be looking to move whenever, this can be negotiated and earlier considered for the right place, but I do have to give 4 weeks notice on my current property should I decide to move

I am friendly, sociable and caring. I am available to. move in immediately, and I am always happy to help around the house. I am generally going to be around in the evenings and at weekends, and would like someone who is friendly, considerate, a similar age and who I can build a friendship with. I work part time and am going into my second year as a Journalism student at DMU, and regularly take part in amateur dramatics rehearsals and shows as well as seeing my friends, spending time with new friends etc so am always busy, but always make time for people.
