Southbourne & around home wanted

Hello

I'm looking for a long term home, ideally in or around Southbourne or near the sea areas.

I'm looking for something self-contained such as an annex, mobile home, studio or even a flat or house. Something that gives me privacy and independence.

It doesn't need to be big so long as it contains all I need:

Bedroom separate from kitchen. It's ok if the living room and bedroom are combined but just not sleeping in the kitchen.

A bath. Short term I'm fine with a shower short term but long term I'd like a bath for a nice relaxing soak :)
Full sized fridge/freezer
Cooker
Washing machine,
Wardrobe/cupboard/storage space,
Garden or patio area, even a tiny one, where I can sit and eat in the summer and simply relax in the sunshine.
Parking, either on property or public road so long as there are actually spaces available!
Living area needs to get plenty of light. Ideally south or west facing.

I'm a mature female who lives a quiet lifestyle. I am considerate, responsible, trustworthy, honest. I have always paid the rent and had had any deposit returned in full. I can provide a couple of good references.

I'm wanting to be in Southbourne but would also consider areas such as Boscombe East, Westbourne, Alum Chine, Highcliffe. Within around half hour's walk of the sea.

I'm looking to find somewhere long term. I am currently living away from the area and wanting to re-locate back as this is where I consider home so I am also open to taking somewhere short-term just to get back here. I'd still prefer this to be an annex type thing but may be able to consider living with just one other person (with my own bathroom). Whilst I've shared before and the people have been really happy having me living there I am allergic to things like air fresheners and new carpets so it affects where I'm able to live. Short term I'm open to most areas within around 30 minutes drive of Southbourne.
