Seeking Room from 1st August

Hello All,

Looking for a flat share in SW London from around 1st August. Can be flexible after this date for a few weeks.

I'm not concerned with the size of the room but it does need to be comfortable, quiet and reflect the price you'll be asking.

I prefer to rent directly from the home owner who lives in the property also, but not set in stone.

Im gay and happy to be with a LGBTQ household. Just as happy to be with a non LGBTQ household.

I have worked for the same company in London for over 17 years in the hospitality industry. My job is varied and certainly keeps me on my toes.

I'm clean, tidy and considerate of others.

SMALL PRINT ;) ..... I'm a lot of fun at parties but I'm not looking for a noisy party house or noisy neighbours. Somewhere homely to chill in down time. I don't smoke so would like to stay in a smoke free house.

I like my own company so happy to hang out in my room away from busy London life.
