Looking to share my apartment

I’m looking for a new flatmate to move into my spare room, as my current flatmate is moving out shortly. I own the apartment so can be super flexible on terms etc.

About me: I work in tech at a large fashion company, mostly in the office but WFH a few days a week. My weekday evenings are usually just focused around the gym, running, cooking or Netflix. At the weekends I enjoy gigs, hiking, trips to the pub etc. I also DJ a little bit but never when my flatmate is in, as I’m cautious of the noise!

I’m also vegan, but I’m very chill about it so I don’t mind if you aren’t veggie yourself.

I’ve been super lucky with flatmates over the last few years and have never had an argument in the 4 years I’ve lived in the flat! So keen to keep up the nice vibes.
