MSc Student looking for a clean modern home

Hi! I'm Benedict, moving to Reading this September to start an MSc at Henley Business School. Before this I served as a Captain in the British Army, and I now work as a freelance consultant in AI and digital transformation — mostly from my laptop, so I'm quiet during the day.

As a housemate I'm tidy, considerate and easy-going. I keep normal professional hours and I'm usually home in the evenings cooking or reading rather than throwing parties. I'm happy to share a meal or a drink and be part of a friendly house, but I also respect people's space and a calm home. Non-smoker, no pets.

I'm looking for a bright, modern room in a friendly house or flat share with other professionals or postgrads — good natural light is a real plus for me. Ideally within cycling distance of the Whiteknights campus, so areas like Earley, Shinfield or south/central Reading all work well.
