Looking for a peaceful part-time London base

Hi, I'm Ladan. I divide my time between Amsterdam and London. I own my home in the Netherlands and spend roughly two weeks every month in London working with clients as a coach. I've been doing this for the past seven years, so this is an established professional rhythm rather than a temporary arrangement.

I'm looking for a full-time base where I can leave my belongings between visits and return to a space that feels settled, peaceful, and genuinely homely. That continuity matters to me.

Ideally I'd love an en suite or a private setup with easy access to facilities. I work as a coach and take client calls from home, so having a calm, self-contained space to work from makes a real difference on those days. It's less about luxury and more about having a quiet, professional environment when I need it.

Beyond that, I'm quiet, tidy, and very respectful of shared space. During the day I'm usually out with clients, and many evenings too, theatre, concerts, social plans. I simply need the space to feel welcoming and harmonious when I am there.

I'm drawn to areas with some greenery nearby, a park, a canal walk, or simply a quiet street. I value character and calm over anything flashy.
