Female looking for a sociable and calm home

Hi!

I'm looking for a house or flat, I would prefer south of Sheffield and a house that has a garden, or a flat that has some outdoor space. I work remotely but occasionally travel to London for work.

A bit about me.
I am super friendly and considerate, and I honestly do not mind who I live as I respect you and your own values so long as you are also considerate, kind and sociable. I love cooking and having a bev with friends, going out and trying new activities or going to the gym and gigs. However I love my downtime as well, so having a night in watching films or series, reading and getting food in.

What I am looking for from a home.
What matters to me is having a clean, quite and calm environment that I can come work within and to relax in and I more then happy to share the chores of keeping the environment in a comfortable and calm space. I need somewhere that is bright and comfortable that is clean and preferable spacious if possible with a shared lounge.

I would love to live in a space with others who are wanting to get along with each other and socialise or have our own separate space and time.
