Looking for a room in a safe area. Budget: £1150pcm for ensuite/studio or £800pcm for room only.
Not a party animal and very easy going. Working performer and gigging musician, as well as a bartender. Have lived in London for 10 years and unfortunately due to a break up I’m looking for a new place to live.
Ideally living with people who work full time so I can practice guitar/singing without disturbing people :) I never make noise outside of work hours!
Can provide proof of income/rent payments for five years and a guarantor for an extra sense of security as I know my job is a little different!
Also I would really like to adopt a cat this year so particularly interested in places that are pet friendly and have an en suite!
