32 year old, looking for a room in Bristol

Hi, I'm Sarah, I'm 32 and am moving to Bristol to start a nursing degree at UWE in September 2026 (but will be happy to contribute to council tax if in a house with professionals!). I've lived in Margate the last couple of years, but am excited to be moving to Bristol - I know it a little, and it feels like this has been a long time coming.

I'd love to find a room in a shared house - my preference is a household of 2 or 3 as I've had really lovely experiences in smaller flatshares, but would be open to a bigger house too. I've lived in lots of shared houses and understand the importance of respecting each other and each others space, while creating a happy and supportive atmosphere, and hopefully making good friends in the process!

I have quite a few friends in Bristol, and am excited to get involved in new run clubs etc - so between that and going back to university, expect to be out and about a fair bit! That said, I really value home, and when I do have time/evenings in I enjoy cooking, chatting, reading, tv and knitting.

The last thing to mention (and I've only got it recently, and so I'm still getting used to saying it!) is that I have a car, and so some sort of parking is essential.

I'm hoping to move in September, with lots of flexibility on the date. If you've got a room going and this sounds like a good fit, I'd love to hear from you.
