I’m 35 and work as a Project Manager for a Fine Art Shipping company. I go into the office 3 days a week at the moment. I am available to move in with 1 months notice to my current flatmate. I am looking for a double room in a nice clean and friendly shared space, my budget is £1150pcm including bills. I would like to share with like minded people, ideally between 30 and 40 years old.

I’m originally from Northern Ireland and have lived in London for 9 years so I’m independent and have my own friends, but I do like to live in a space where I can call my housemate/s my friend/s. I’d like a balance of being able to watch TV or enjoying dinner together in the communal space occasionally and also having our own space. I like to keep a healthy balanced lifestyles and get on best with people that also do. I like going to gigs/festivals sometimes and like having a few drinks with fiends but I’m not a huge party person don’t worry!

I’m quite easy going but I am very clean and considerate, I like to live somewhere where we all take care of the place to make it a lovely home.
