Tidy Accomodation and Respectuf Flat Mates

I am looking for an ensuite room ( double normal will also do) mainly in the Gateshead area NE8 but will consider other areas if I find what I am looking for, sharing with a maximum of 2 house mate,

i am a professional who works in city centre.

Wi-fi must be fast as I use the laptop a lot.

I am very discreet, tidy e respectful and I would like to have the same back, no parties, no bagging doors and tidy flat mates.
