Professional Female seeking a double room

I am a professional female aged 31 looking for a double room, available to move now. I have a budget of £850.00 pcm (bills included/dependant on location) and am happy to share with males or females, ideally aged between 23 and 38.

Looking for a house share that feels homely, is clean/ tidy, and able to accommodate the odd WFH. I’m fairly easy going and social, but respectful of others social batteries. I like to socialise on the weekends, but tend to enjoy downtime during the week. I am of course clean and considerate.
