Looking For a Flat Share Team Up

Paramedic looking for someone to buddy up and rent a nice flat with.

I'm easy going and clean when it comes to communal areas. I like good coffee, good food, board games (I've got a few!), reading, hiking and mountaineering.

I don't party or drink much, but I do like to socialise and have fun with mates/housemates (pub quiz, board game night, Halloween party e. t. c). I'm really into reading, fitness, meditation and all that, so someone equally motivated would be a bonus. But mainly looking for someone chill with a sense of humour.
