Hi,

I'm a 54 years old Portuguese chick, traffic marshal and SIA door supervisor, currently living in London NW.
I like living with like minded people who enjoy living a quiet life style, respect each others privacy and schedules.
I am working night shift so I need quiet during the day.

I'm looking for a good airy, bright and cheap room to rent in NW/N London for about 450£ pcm with all the bills included, where privacy is not a foreigner word and respect is a must.
I do not need tv license nor landline phone. I just need good mobile phone signal.

Mainly I would need to use my room, the toilet, kitchen, garden and parking. En-suite is very welcome. Thank you very much.

I welcome access to a garten to enjoy in Summer and I need parking available 24/7.
I search something within easy and fast access to central London, M25, A1, N406.
I really need a quiet place to recharge my batteries.

I don't mind living with male tenants as long as they are nice, clean after themselves and know what bounderies are.

I am not looking for party-goers at home, nor drugs users neither heavy drinkers. Would appreciate if guests could respect other tenants space, privacy and quietness.
I would love to be able to lock my door and forget about the world outside.

No pets nor carpet, no vaping inside, no smoking inside (I just quit smoking in February 2019, after smoking for more then 30 years) Kudos to me.

I like to:
- socialise but also enjoy my own company;
- cook now and then;
- read romance novels (hey, I said I was a chick, lol);
- watch tv (some football, tennis, tv series, films, etc);
- gardening (just starting to and loved to be able to consume what I planted);
- go for walks (and I should start doing it again, lol);
- photography;
- keep smoke-free (after 30 plus years, I just quit smoking in February 2019. Not going back.);
- be addicted to books, not so much about classic old coca-cola or regular pepsi but... nobody's perfect!!! (and I don't drink alcohol).

I hope that I can book an appointment and see any room that I fancy.
