Room wanted for 3 months!

Hello, I am a recent postgraduate chap in my late 30s now a freelance Analyst, who has just vacated my current property, and looking to purchase a new one, with expected completion for the new property by Autumn. During this time, I am looking to rent a single room for between 3 months and 6 months.

I am happy to share with either gender, but no children or animals (cats may be ok).

Property must be within 1 mile of a train station, and have free parking (e. g. driveway, allocated space, or NON-permit on-street). Property must be non-smoking, tidy, and quiet.
