Need a studio or 1 bedroom or shared with 1 other

Hi! I am a single, independent, young at heart, fun loving, responsible adult who is looking for a studio, 1 bedroom or a flat with a like minded person. I am a flight attendant for a US company. I enjoy living in London and until this past January, I was in the same flat since I arrived in 2019. Sadly my landlord sold his flat in West Kensington, so I am looking for a new home. I am neat and tidy and while I do have a glass of wine or beer, I’m not one to party a lot nor do I smoke.

It would be great to have a clean, flat on a ground floor or 1st floor or if higher floors with a lift as I am usually with luggage in tow and with a washing machine and dryer. I would love a shower with bathtub and some space outside either a balcony, or garden and the flat would need some storage too. The price listed is my max, preferably with bills included.

I do not own a car so It would be nice to be as close to a tube stop within 45 minutes to Heathrow. I am really only interested in these neighborhoods: Hammersmith, Kensington High Street, Notting Hill, Chelsea, South Kensington, Sloane Square, Chiswick or by Paddington. I hope to meet you and have a new friend or friends!
