Freelancer Looking for a Double Room

I’m a 37 year old freelance photographer, originally from London, but I've been living in Manchester for 8 years.
I work from home and have my own desk and chair, so I'm looking for a room that has enough space for that.
I'm into pottery and Salsa. I enjoy yoga, board games, pub quizzes, weekend walks and the occasional night out. My job means I work a lot of weekends, and I mostly work from home during the week. I'm clean and tidy, and I enjoy cooking. I’m always happy to have a cosy night in watching Netflix. I have a mostly plant-based diet, but I don’t mind living with someone who doesn't.
I'm looking to buy a home this year, so I'm ideally looking for someting short term with a roling contract.
